COLLUSION is a boutique micro-roastery with a promise to building a coffee community thatvalues transparency behind all things coffee. 

We believe each coffee was made with intention from start to finish; we wish to explore the influence of each decision made on the journey from farm-to-cup. We lie at the end of the chain, where we roast with the aim to showcase the innate quality and complexity of the chosen raw product to bring out the transparent and delicious attributes of these coffees. 

This approach also exists in our brewing. We believe that intentional brewing through our choice of water composition, pouring style and equipment will only further accentuate the finest qualities in our sourced coffee.
